2011 Season
The new season is around the corner! We start this year vs a new opponent Uni of Lincoln. 1st game is on the 27th of April, Due to start at 1230!! Feel free to come and watch us play.
Next years committee positions chosen
There will be three changes to next years committee following the A.G.M elections. The President Jack Murphy who finishes Uni this term will be replaced by Dan Farrar. Tom Barter, who is also leaving this year will have his Social Secretary position filled by Sam Buck (pictured above) and following Tom Charles - Mandleberg stepping down as Vice Captain, Jordan Lambert will be offering up his tactical brain to back up continuing Captain Abdullah Awan next season. We wish all the new members the best of luck for the new University year.
Season Award Winners
This years awards were presented at the end of season Club Dinner. The winners are pictured above and here is what they won.

Captains Player Of The Year - Tom Barter - Deserved winner, consistent when bowling and his batting continues to improve, a real team player.
Most Improved Player - Sam Buck - Don't know where he hid his bowling ability last year. A really good first change bowler who always gives it everything. Also dubbed Queen of Banter by opposition.
Dick Of The Year - Tom Vennor Woodcock - Offered so much in all his pre season matches but let a little thing like his degree stop him playing in the league, what a dick. haha...
Players Player Of The Year - Abdullah Awan - Inspirational captain leading with both bat and ball, his stats don't lie.
Razz Award - Razz Shaik - A new award named after the first winner. Awarded for legendary banter and all round brilliance. Razz your a hero...
Season ends after group stage
BCU have failed to gain qualification to the knock out stage of BUCS league after a disappointing campaign comes to an end. See the full reports on all the matches on the Results 2010 page.
